Yes. IT LOBBY provides official local warranty coverage on eligible products purchased through our showrooms or official channels.
What is the warranty period?
Mobiles and tablets include 18 months warranty with replacement within the first 7 days for manufacturing defects. TVs, scooters, monitors, vacuum robots, watches and earbuds include 12 months warranty.
When can a device become out of warranty?
Warranty is void in cases like water damage, physical or broken damage, repair outside IT LOBBY service centers, rooting, or unauthorized software modifications.
What should I bring for warranty service?
Please bring the device, the original purchase invoice, and full accessories if requested by the service team.
