Coverage periods
Mobiles & tablets: device replacement within the first 7 days if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, and repair coverage for 18 months.
TVs, scooters, monitors, vacuum robots, watches and earbuds: 12 months warranty.
Other products: 12 months warranty.
What is not covered
Warranty is void in cases like water damage, physical or broken damage, repair outside IT LOBBY service centers, rooting, or unauthorized software modifications. Paid repairs remain available in these cases and after the warranty ends.
How to claim
Bring the device, the original purchase invoice and full accessories (if requested) to any of our 18 service centers. Most repairs take 2 to 5 working days after inspection, and you will receive a message when your device is ready for pickup.

Service centers provide repair and warranty support for devices purchased through IT LOBBY showrooms and official channels.
