You can permanently delete your IT LOBBY account at any time. It is the same account you use in the IT Lobby app and on this website, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.
Delete it in the app
Open the IT Lobby app, go to Profile, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete it on the website
Sign in to My account on this website, open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm.
Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, email info@itlobby.co or call 800 900 90 from the mobile number registered on the account. We delete it within 30 days of confirming that the number is yours.
What is deleted
Your name, mobile number and email are removed from the account, your saved delivery addresses are removed, your saved payment cards are deleted and revoked at First Iraqi Bank, your stock alerts and pending notifications are removed, and you are signed out on every device. You can register again later with the same mobile number.
What we keep
Records of orders you have already placed are kept, without your profile details, for as long as accounting, warranty and legal obligations require.
