Role overview

Provide high-quality support for product inquiries, warranty processes, repair follow-up, and order-related requests.

What you’ll do

1. Handle incoming hotline, WhatsApp and email inquiries.
2. Create and update support tickets with accurate issue details.
3. Follow up with service centers and logistics to close requests quickly.
4. Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in support, call center or after-sales service roles.
• Strong writing and speaking communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests with attention to detail.
• Basic spreadsheet and CRM familiarity is preferred.
