What you’ll do
- Diagnose hardware and software issues using approved tools.
- Perform repairs according to service SOPs and warranty policy.
- Use and track original spare parts through service records.
- Document completed work and communicate status to support teams.
What we’re looking for
- Technical diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on repair knowledge for mobile and consumer electronics.
- Understanding of ESD safety and repair best practices.
- Ability to work with service KPIs and quality checks.
